The Word of the week – January 15, 2013

Thanks everyone for watching the show this week. It is an honour to assist you through the Divine in resolving your problems. I appreciate all the positive feedback so much.

The word of the week is… Serenity

This word has been coming up a lot for me this week. I have talked to you before about the fact that working with the divine is an adventure and always the divine will bring people to my door and as the readings accumulate I can identify specific themes that consistently play themselves out from reading to reading. Each reading in the course of a day or a week tethers together by a common life event or a common emotional outcome. There are several ways that this can play itself out but this week lent itself to the true meaning of serenity. For some of you serenity may be an elusive concept. Let’s think about the meaning of the word for a minute….

Serenity means: being serene, clearness and calmness, quietness, stillness and peace….or Calmness of mind, even tempered, undisturbed state, coolness and composure.

Now you have just processed that through your intellectual mind…now observe these words from a visual perspective….see it in your mind and allow yourself to feel the words and observe what they truly mean to you and where they exist within…

Be serene….quiet, still, peaceful, calmness of mind, composed…that feels different doesn’t it. What would an even temper look like for you and is that something that you should consider working on?

You may want to take the time to consider if chaos and anxiety exist within the Inner self and what does chaos and anxiety look like in my day-to-day world.

Then consider observing if serenity exists within your spirit and if you have allowed it into your day-to-day world. What are you doing for yourself to support serenity within the body, mind and spirit.

Serenity can be a large component for you to do the work. Allowing the energy of serenity into your inner world will assist in identifying and resolving those issues that you have stored at a cellular level and are interfering with you moving forward.

When you get stuck on your journey please know that I am here to assist you through the divine.

Blessings,

Sue-Ann
